Nolan Lamb is a partner and senior project manager at Remedy Engineering. Following high school Nolan worked as an apprentice plumber under the tutelage of his grandfather, a shop foreman for one of Calgary’s premier mechanical contractors. After getting his Journeyman ticket and working for several years as a plumber, gasfitter and pipefitter, Nolan set out to learn more about system design and engineering. Drawing on his hands-on experience and knowledge of how mechanical systems are installed and assembled on site, he transitioned into a leading design and project management role. Nolan’s attention to detail has proven to be invaluable in providing thoughtful and efficient system designs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Brad Strueby is a partner and senior project manager at Remedy Engineering. He traces his interest in engineering to his early childhood, when his mom and dad would buy him new toy cars and trucks and he would dismantle them to see how they worked and if he could improve on the design. Over his 30-year career, Brad has applied his logical, systematic approach to design to a variety of project types, with a focus on acute health-care, laboratory and post-secondary educational facilities. He enjoys technically challenging projects, and his hands-on and detail-oriented approach make him a valuable asset to a design team.
