This project used a stipulated sum delivery model for a complex mixed-use building with a major retail tenant on the main floor of a six-story structure. The project consists of 2 levels of underground parking, 12 commercial retail units on the main floor, with the major tenant being a Sobeys grocery store, and 5 levels of residential with 287 suites. The facility boasts a unique 25,000 square feet urban courtyard space, residential amenity spaces and a 3-story atrium space.
