The new Seton Recreation facility will have twin hockey arenas; YMCA facilities with a 50m competition pool, 10m dive platform, wave machine, multi-station gym and running track; a City of Calgary library; and theatre spaces. The facility will be a distinct architectural landmark for the city and surrounding communities in southeast Calgary.
