The property comprises approximately 174 guestrooms and suites, supported by a range of guest and public amenities including a feature lobby, on-site restaurant and lounge, fitness facilities, rooftop hot pools, and associated back-of-house spaces.
The project involved the design and coordination of mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems serving guestrooms, amenity areas, and support spaces, including ventilation, space heating, domestic hot water, and specialty systems, with careful consideration given to Banff’s cold-weather climate, guest comfort, energy efficiency, operational reliability, and regulatory requirements associated with development within Banff National Park.
